Sheriff Richard Mack is the founder of the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association (CSPOA.org) and established the County Sheriff Project movement, both of which reaffirm the Constitutional power of the Sheriff. Richard Mack is known for his leading role in the United States Supreme Court victory in 1994 for State Sovereignty.
Sheriff Mack has also authored numerous books on this topic, as well as other topics on the U.S. Constitution.
This ticket is for a two-day Constitutional Training hosted by the Veteran Wellness Center. The first day (November 4th) will be from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and will provide continuing education service credit for all law enforcement officers. The first day is open to law enforcement officers only and will cover constitutional law topics, especially as it relates to the chief law enforcement officer role.
The second day (November 5th) will also include a presentation by Sheriff Richard Mack along with a group of speakers covering a wide variety of topics including gun control, COVID-19 orders, and the powers and duties of Sheriffs, Police, and Public Servants. This session will be open to all law enforcement personnel and the general public. This session is not required for law enforcement to receive continuing education service credits.
